Amotec is a rapidly growing executive search and staffing firm, and we currently have an immediate need for a full-time Bookkeeper.

This position will report directly to the company Controller and will work to record and maintain our business' financial transactions. Come join our talented Cleveland team in the heart of downtown!

Bookkeeper Description and Requirements:

  • Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
  • Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
  • Perform collection on accounts
  • Enter and process payroll and payroll forms
  • Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of best practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Associates degree in accounting or business administration and/or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of bookkeeping experience in a professional office setting
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel
