Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with and support distribution network to achieve business targets. Train distribution network in company policies, department procedures and company-provided business tools (Helpdesk, Distributor Portal, Ecommerce)
  • Support the job functions of Parts Support Representatives. Train employees in company policies, department procedures, job duties, operational safety and to support the goals of the company.
  • Documents and enforces sales policies, standard operating procedures and best practices.
  • Determine and monitor the department's key performance indicators, such as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate and gross profit percentage
  • Supervise, develop and mentor aftermarket sales support team
  • Develop pricing recommendations used market data and analytics
  • Develop inventory recommendations using historical data and analytics
  • Coordinate development of new and updated Recommended Spares Lists
  • Answer calls and respond to customers same day, either by email or phone
  • Quote parts and equipment rebuild recommendations
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
