Customer Service Representative

Amotec is hiring a customer service representative for our well-known client's Hialeah, Florida location. This is a first shift position with opportunities for overtime during the peak season.


Customer Service Representative Job Description


  • Manage retail and online customer service support through the effective and timely use of email, LiveChat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues for retail and wholesale customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.
  • Support Wholesale channel in purchase order submission, on-going customer service support, and through relaying prospect information to the sales team.
  • Assist in the creation of orders for direct consumers and wholesale business customers.
  • Demonstrate an expertise in Nearly Natural's product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate with business owners and customers and excel at offering outstanding service to customers
  • Enter new retail orders and manage returns using the order management system (Netsuite).
  • Work in a team-oriented atmosphere while independently managing own priority workflow and responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing and media efforts, fulfillment, and documentation
  • Responsible for communicating with retail customers, department stores and wholesalers via phone and email
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements


  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in an administrative or support role
  • Self-starting, eager, and positive attitude
  • Professional communication skills and work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer and software skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to bend, lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • All applicants are required to complete a background check and drug screen

Additional information

  • Overtime available only during peak season
  • Shift: 8:00 - 4:30, Monday through Friday, peak seasons may require limited weekend hours
