Amotec is in search of a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative for our client, a well-established Freight Broker. This position is for first shift (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) and is located at our client's Erlanger, KY location.

Customer Service/Sales Support Job Description

Our client is looking for high-energy, forward-thinking individuals who are interested in a career with a leader in the transportation industry. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery performance; proactive intervention to prevent service failures. Cover every load without fail
  • Providing professional communication; effective, prompt, and courteous service with excellent follow-up and attention to detail

Customer Service/Sales Support Requirements

  • Ability to bend, lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A current undergraduate student with GPA of at least 2.7 or higher preferred or Bachelors in Business
  • All applicants are required to complete a background check and drug screen

Additional information:

  • Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Compensation: $14/hour
  • Pay increase and benefits after 90 days
