Amotec is in search of a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative for our client's Florence, KY location.


Customer Service/Sales Support Job Description


  • Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery performance
  • Practice proactive intervention to prevent service failures
  • Cover every load without fail
  • Provide professional communication including effective, prompt, and courteous service with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
  • Manage driver delay and detention
  • Assist in resolving any pickup or delivery issues

Customer Service/Sales Support Job Requirements


  • Must be highly motivated and possess strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to bend, lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • All applicants are required to complete a background check and drug screen


Additional information:

  • Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Pay: $14/hour, pay increase and benefits after 90 days
