Amotec is hiring an Office Assistant for our client in Doral, FL. The successful candidate must have previous administrative experience.

Office Assistant Job Description

  • Provide general office support that includes filing, follow up on containers exiting and arriving at ports
  • Communicate with clients both verbally and in writing via email
  • Daily use of basic Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Assist in filing
  • Assist in data entry
  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Office Assistant Job Description

  • Ability to work overtime especially during peak seasons and as needed - may include 1 or 2 weekends a month
  • 1-2 years experience working in an office
  • Detail oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must
  • Good computer skills - MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • All applicants are required to complete a background check and drug screen

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $12/ hour
  • This position is for 1st shift - overtime required
  • May include 1 or 2 weekends a month
